Starting at Acharn, the walk takes in the 18th century hermitage overlooking the 75ft Falls of Acharn and continues along the Queen’s Drive, with splendid views of the Loch and surrounding mountains. Archaeological highlights along the walk include a Neolithic burial mound, a stone circle and the celebrated Balmacnaughton cup-and-ring-marked rock. Grade of walk: Moderate.
